Anyway the hig says to include "About" in the help menu, plus a menu
with only one item seems silly :) Marco you deserve it :)

Please commit. Using window_cmd here is a bit of an hack but ...
prolly the less worst solution. Can you rename the window_cmd_about
argument to GtkWidget though ? (instead of EphyWindow).
