Pressing Ctrl-U does not clear the URL bar in Galeon 1.3.3

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Move pointer to the URL bar.
2. Press Ctrl-U.
3. Nothing happens.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:
The current content should be cleared.

How often does this happen?
Every time.
