Description:
Description of Problem:
After the desktop is started, selecting Start Here -> Applications
causes Nautilus to crash.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Log in with a regular user account on a machine that has been newly
set up
2. Double-click "Start Here"
3. Double-click "Applications"

Actual Results:
An "Error" dialog box is displayed.
