Please could all of the toolboxes, palettes, etc set the Utility window type?

This means that window managers can tell they are toolboxes and move them
with the main window, and also give them smaller title bars.

gtk_window_set_type_hint (window, GDK_WINDOW_TYPE_HINT_UTILITY); in various
locations is all that is required.
