Opening an account with its subaccounts produces a double line register
window .
However, such a window doesn't permit to know the account total balance:
I'm referring to the balance of the account with all its subaccounts, as
the column total in the principal account window.

It would be very useful to have such a register view:

date  num  description  transfer  subaccount  R  deposit  withdrawal  total

where the field subaccount is added to give information of the subaccount
to which the transaction refers to. Instead of the "balance" field, the
"total" field gives the total balance in the father-account.

Perhaps it would be more simple not to put the subaccount field.

Alternatively, to the register view which is produced actually, a field
"total" at the end could be added, without changing the transaction journal
style of the window produced by the "open subaccounts" command.
