The file transfer code is not officially working (ie it sometimes work
and sometimes doesnt..)... I'll look into your bug when I fix the
whole thing.

I'm going to change the version to 0.98.x to match the version
details, set the severity to critical (it's a crasher), and add the
bugsquad keyword.
