When new metacity theme is added through theme preference capplet, list
doesn't get updated.

To Reproduce:
1. Download any metacity theme from art.gnome.org
2. Go to Desktop Preferences->Theme
3. Tab Window Frames
4. Click Install New Theme and point it to downloaded directory

It does some copying work and that gets finished. But, we do not see the
theme that just got installed in the list. That causes doubt on whether it
was successful or not.

If we close the capplet and restart the new theme appears in the list.

What version is this? Bug 102149 says that it was fixed in 2.1.7.

Andrew the version of gnome-theme-manager is 2.2.0.1 and the problem
still exists
