Description Dave Bordoley [Not Reading Bug Mail] 2003-02-15 01:11:03 UTC
it would be nice if the add bookmark keyword field was a combo box with a
list of existing keywords.
Comment 1 Marco Pesenti Gritti 2003-02-15 08:49:05 UTC
Yeah, but you can have more than one keyword, so I dunno how that
would work.

I'm going to reopen this. My bug was in reference to the bookmark
page(link)... dialog. I have a proposed mockup too.

The keywords listed in the box should probably be added by either
double clicking, or dragging and dropping them in the keyword entry.
Duplicate entries obviously shouldn't be allowed.
Comment 6 Marco Pesenti Gritti 2003-03-01 03:07:17 UTC
Dave, I thought a bit to this. The ability to see existing keywords is
nice but there is still the not intuitive separator thing (and the bug
about using comma, to be able to have keywords with spaces). Would be
nice to find a global solution to all this.
Using an entry for keywords create some problems, but a more complex
ui break the nice small new dialog and add way too much clutter to the
Bookmarks editor.
Well, to say it all, I have no idea on how to fix this :/
Comment 7 Dave Bordoley [Not Reading Bug Mail] 2003-03-24 00:43:35 UTC
fixed by new ui.
