Description of Problem:
The tree in the left panel gets partly blanc, moving the mouse gives
folder icons repeating in the window, clausing a branch of the tree then
crashes the file browser.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. opening subsequent folders and sub(sub-sub-sub)folders,
2. moving files and folders from one folder to other folder by dragging
them to the left panel.
3. 

Actual Results:
partly blanc side panel tree view with artefacts when moving mouse over
the left side panel

Expected Results:
new view of the modified file tree

How often does this happen?
quite often after a while of manipulating files and folders and their
structure
