That's it. The preview never shows any changes and clicking OK and running
the plugin has no effect on the image.

Current CVS does the same.

A better resolution for the bug would have been "INVALID" because
thats what the report is...  :-)

Thanks, Simon.  I wanted to do that as well.  I noticed a couple of
bugs that have been closed with "FIXED" instead of "INVALID".  This
should be corrected.  This could be useful if we want to get some
meaningful statistics about the bugs.
