Description Denis Barbier 2003-02-01 21:06:32 UTC
Hi, intltool-* scripts should send error messages to stderr, as with
  print "Warning: no encoding found in $in_po_file. Assuming ISO-8859-1\n";
in intltool-merge.
Here is a patch, it also addresses some --quiet/--verbose buglets.
