Description jjgasior 2003-01-23 18:46:19 UTC
gnome-panel (2.1.90.1 via garnome0.20.0) seems to eat up a lot of memeory
the longer I keep it on. I have several items on 2 panels including:
clock, volume control, workspace switcher, window list, menu, and a few
drawers of many launchers. So I expect it when gnome-panel takes up quiet
a large amout of memory, but after leaving the computer on for several
hours, according to gnome-system-monitor it is occupying about 100mb of
RAM. If anyone would like any more information I just message saying what
you need.

Are you using the transparent panel?
Comment 2 jjgasior 2003-02-02 17:06:35 UTC
yes for both of my panels.
Comment 3 Kjartan Maraas 2003-02-17 20:50:00 UTC
Duplicate it seems.
