Package: gnome-panel Severity: major Version: 2.0.6 Synopsis: Gnome Panel crashes on login Bugzilla-Product: gnome-panel Bugzilla-Component: Panel BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.0.3) Description: Description of Problem: Upon successful login to RedHat, using the Gnome windowing environment, Gnome-Panel crashes. This seems to occure since the last shutdown after moving the panel to the vertical position on the left hand side. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Restart X-Windows 2. 3. Actual Results: Gnome Panel crashes with a fatal error. Expected Results: Gnome Panel should work hapily. How often does this happen? Every time Gnome Panel is started. Additional Information: Debugging Information: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/gnome-panel' (no debugging symbols found)...(no debugging symbols found)...[New Thread 8192 (LWP 1108)] 0x420ae169 in wait4 () from /lib/i686/libc.so.6
