Description of Problem:
gnome-theme-manager crashs if my window manager is not metacity.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. use a window manager other than metacity
2. start gnome-theme-manager
3.

Actual Results:
crash

Expected Results:
theme manager opening

How often does this happen?
every time

Additional Information:
I've noticed this ever since gnome 2.1.2 and currently I'm using 2.1.5
via garnome.
