This bug should depend upon all bugs in the GNOME 2.4 ui review. It's a
little bit pre-emptive :-)

I'm not going to migrate the others yet, since UI patches can still
get in (in theory) with release team approval.

I'm creating per-product umbrella bugs, to be listed here:

So this GNOME-wide umbrella bug will not be used. I don't think
anybody was looking at it anyway,
