Tooltips of menu items with submenu do not work properly. (By tricky mouse
movement I can cause it to appear, but generally these do not work).

GTK+-2.0.2 is really old.

        * gtk/gtktooltips.c (gtk_tooltips_event_handler): Disable
        tooltips for menu items with submenus .. they still
        don't really work properly.
