Additionally to glade_xml_construct(), libglademm needs
glade_xml_construct_from_buffer() to be able to override the lookup_type()
vfunc when reading XML data from memory.

Would an API addition at this point be OK, considering that _construct()
functions are generally used only by language bindings?
