The button that opens an icon browser (viewable when you right click on a
luancher in the panel and select properties) should accept drag and drop
behaviour. We should be able to simply drag an icon from nautilus :).

This is also mentioned in a different report that has a list of
issues. Not marking as duplicate because the other one has more issues
listed.
