Description Rodd Clarkson 2002-12-09 22:41:35 UTC
Steps to reproduce:

1. Open gedit.
2. Open two files. One needs to be long enough that the scroll bar
appears. Alternately, you could resize the window to satisfy this behavior.
3. Using the scrollbar, scroll the document to the bottom.
4. Click the tab for the other document.
5. Click the tab for the document you've scrolled. The document will have
returned to the cursor position (the top of the page).

Expected behavior:

The document should still be at the position scrolled to. This would be
the same behavior as when each document is opened in a different windows
(instead of tabs). Refocusing the scrolled document window leaves the
documents at the position scrolled to.
