Description:
Description of Problem: Nautililus was hung trying to open home
directory.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Click on home desktop icon
2. Nautlilus hangs tryting view contents
3. ignore and preceed to do other stuff, it eventually crashes

Actual Results:Nautilus crashes

Expected Results:Nautilus shows view of contents of home dir.



How often does this happen?Once so far


Additional Information: Redhat 8.0, laptop, wireless and have some
ximian stuff from the evolution channel.

Hmmm.  When I ran a bugzilla query on nautilus with five of the
functions in your stack trace, the closest thing I could find was bug
82885.  But that would have to assume that your stack trace cut out
lots of functions right at level 6.  Can you duplicate this?  If so,
please try using gdb to attach to the process and see if it can obtain
a better stacktrace.

nautilus people: Is this stack trace useful enough as it is?

I'm going to set severity->critical (it's a crasher), set version to
2.0.x, set OS Details to Redhat 8.0, mark as new, and set the
GNOMEVER2.0 and bugsquad keywords.

No duplicates yet found in GNOME 2.2.  I'm going to mark as needinfo
for now, and close later if no one can reproduce in GNOME version >= 2.2.
