Description kz 2002-03-21 08:18:15 UTC
Package: control-center
Severity: enhancement
Version: 1.99.4
Synopsis: drag and drop for items
Bugzilla-Product: control-center
Bugzilla-Component: mime-types

Description:
I have trouble with multichar group name.
file-types-properties do not translate between native locale and utf8,
so identical characters of each locale doesn't match as a group.

I think here is a way to solve.
if type list support drag and drop, user need not to type group name by
hand and annoyed.
I believe the DnD is not so hard to implement.

basically the problem that I'm saying depends on #79717.
but this #75718 post is another issue, about enhancement.

I think drag-n-drop for grouping is good fashion.
