GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 744889
The background wallpaper gets replaced by a grainy mess when reentering from suspend.

Created attachment 297493 [details] I guess it is obvious that this is not my real wallpaper. Since gnome 3.14 the wallpaper gets replaced by a grainy mess after waking up from suspend. This has not been the case with 3.13. The system thereby does not log any exceptionally entries. However I only checked the sytem log!
That looks like a graphics driver issue to me. In any case, gnome-session is not involved in drawing the background, so moving this to gnome-shell.
If you're not using the nvidia binary driver feel free to re-open. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 739178 ***
