dropping a file or folder on a launcher does not pass the file to the launched application

Bugzilla-Product: gnome-panel Bugzilla-Component: Panel Description: Description of Problem: like Windows(TM)'s taskbar does support, I expected launcher with dnd will gather argument from drop data. but not. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. I drag and drop some folder or files over launcher which on panel. (like terminal or archive gen) 2. a frame box enclose the launcher icon. 3. app launched by dropping. Actual Results: app launched standalone without drop data. Expected Results: app gather argument of drop data. How often does this happen? whenever. Sort of suprising but AFAICT this has never been requested before.
plus, a nautilus folder launcher made by dropping from desktop should react to drop data like files selection: copy or move.
