Description:
Description of Problem:
When creating a new panel, then removing it later on, gnome-panel-2
occasionally crashes.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a new panel
2. Remove the panel
3. Pray

Actual Results:
The panel crashes, and a dialog pops up saying Application
"gnome-panel-2" (process x) has crashed due to a fatal error
(Segmentation fault).

Expected Results:
The panel should not crash, or at the very least should restart after
crashes, as in earlier versions.

How often does this happen?
Intermittent
