Customer Summary does not include inactive customers

When using the Customer Summary report, no inactive customers are shown even though they have nonzero entries in the time period selected. I have some customers who were active at the beginning of last year, but have since become inactive. I now need to know the total amount that each customer paid during the whole last year. But the Customer Summary report does not show any inactive customers, even though they have a nonzero amount last year.
There is indeed no option to include inactive customers as well. Well, there was no option. I have pushed a fix in commit https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/commit/4700086c By default only active customers are listed still. Via a toggle button in the report options you can include inactive customers as well. This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release.
