Screenshot showing the described effect

Overview:
Disabling and then enabling bluetooth adapter again, cause the new system status menu to show an additional Bluetooth device.

Steps to Reproduce:
Disable bluetooth adapter and then enable bluetooth adapter again. I tried the following ways of disabling and enabling (all producing the same result):
- Switched off/on via the bluetooth plugin of gnome-control-center.
- Switched off/on via airplane mode of the network plugin of gnome-control-center.
- Switched off/on via rfkill.

Actual Results:
The system status menu shows an additional Bluetooth device per off/on cycle.
I attached a screenshot showing the system status menu after 5 off/on cycles.

Expected Results:
As i have exactly one bluetooth device, the system status menu should always show a single bluetooth device or 1 device if enabled and 0 devices if disabled.

Additional Information:
- Distribution is Archlinux, no testing repositories involved
- Machine is a laptop: Samsung 900X4D A03

I just browsed other BUGs filed against gnome-shell 3.10.X and my guess would be that this one is related to BUG 709030. As i am not sure though, i did not mark this one as duplicate.
