Description Hans de Goede 2013-09-29 10:53:32 UTC
After a suspend/resume cycle I've 2 "Mobile Broadband" entries in my menu, one showing unmanaged as status, and one which actually works.

Doing more suspend/resume cycles adds more unmanaged "Mobile Broadband" entries. NetworkManager properly shows only one broadband device (checked with "nmcli d")

Looking at dmesg it looks like the 3g modem in my laptop disappears during a suspend (usb power lost) and then gets re-enumerated on resume. It seems that the system-status menu misses the remove event for the old device.

I've also checked the Network Settings in control-panel, and there things do work correct, immediately after a resume the Mobile Broadband entry there is gone, and then after 2-3 seconds a new entry appears.
