I have a dell mini-10 netbook with x600 vertical resolution.

edit-edit posting profiles-add produces a dialogue so big that it does not fit on the screen.

Whatever the buttons say I can't see them.

I tried tabbing down, but the headers box accepts tabs so I got stuck in there.

The only way to create the profile was to put the cursor in the top box, shift-tab once and press enter (backward tabbing)

This bug is a dup of bug #697983, which while not fixed does have a workaround listed: use the standard X window moving alt+drag shortcuts, alt-left-drag to move, alt-right-drag to resize. (With some window manager the required modifier key can be set to something else. Here on kwin I have it set to the super/meta/win-key, so it's win-drag.)
