classic-mode: window-list doesn't have a strut ?

I just witnessed a context menu pop under the window-list. Maybe that was just xchat setting a stupid, homegrown positioning function, though. Feel free to close if the bottom panel does have a strut already (it appears to, from maximizing behaviour)

(I haven't actually tested this, but the patches there should fix the issue for the window-list as well) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 633620 ***
