We'd need telepathy-gabble logs when this is happening but the log you attached doesn't contain anything related to Facebook.

Can you please - log off all your empathy accounts - Make sure that telepathy-gabble isn't running (it way takes ~ one minute) - Start it manually using: GABBLE_DEBUG=all WOCKY_DEBUG=all GABBLE_PERSIST=1 GABBLE_LOGFILE=/tmp/gabble.log /usr/lib/telepathy/telepathy-gabble - Try to connect - Upload /tmp/gabble.log

when generating gabble.log first connection was made with wrong FB password
