Description gedon 2012-04-13 04:26:00 UTC
Windows Vista/32, Gimp 2.8.0-RC1

After starting Gimp, open an image and call a script-fu filter, it's dialog window is hidden behind the Gimp window. Klicking the tool in the Windows task bar brings the dialog box to the foreground.

This happens only, if a script-fu is used for the first time after starting Gimp. After that all other scrip-fu-filter dialog windows appear in the foreground.

Can be checked with e.g.
Blur: Tileable Blur
Light & Shadow: Drop Shadow, Perspective, Xach-Efect
Artistic: Clothify, Predator, Weave
Decor: Add Bevel, Add Border, Coffee Stain, Fuzzy Border, Old Photo, Round Corners, Slide

I guess, this is the same behavior as described in
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=673871 for other script-fu functions.
