Evince 3.2.1

1. Open a .pdf with evince
2. File > Print... (CTRL-P)
3. The "Completion" and "Advanced" tabs are empty : there is nothing in it ! (see screenshots)

That's the GTK+ printing dialog, reassigning.

Did you report this to Ubuntu's bugtracker and where you asked to upstream it?
If so, what is the URL of that bug report?

Nope, I though this was under gnome resp.
