1) The "Remove" button in the treeview toolbar should be insensitive
2) The main window should have a more informative message than "Select an Account" (there are no accounts to select) and should probably have an Add account button directly embedded into it (in this case, the plus button in the treeview toolbar could be made insensitive as well).
