BUG DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS

File Management Preferences window in nautilus is oversized and overshoots the
screen's bottom limit. 

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM:

1. Open nautilus from devices pane(open Documents folder)
2. Click on Edit->Preferences
3. This will open 'File Management Preferences' window
4.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

File Management Prefrences window should be able to resize itself to the screen
size.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
===================
File Management Preferences window is oversized and overshoots the screen from
bottom end.

USER IMPACT:

File Management Preferences window is unusable.
