regexps=no results in compile errors

Overview: When using the option regexps=no in the configuration, compilation ends with errors. Steps to Reproduce: Run the command cscript configure.js iconv=no regexps=no Set up environment to use MSVC from the command line. Run the command nmake /f Makefile.msvc Actual Results: Many compile errors. The first is: parser.c ..\include\libxml/schemasInternals.h(632) : error C2061: syntax error : identifier 'xmlRegexpPtr' Expected Results: No compile errors Build Date & Platform: 4/11/2010 on Windows XP Additional Information: The option iconv=no is probably unrelated, but necessary on my PC.
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org. As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).
