All chat messages on Empathy are shown in the same font, same size, same colour, etc., regardless of the settings used by whoever sent them.
Amongst other things, this combined with http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25272, makes it impossible to chat on MSN Groups.
