Description Omer Akram 2010-02-24 07:15:36 UTC
Add ability to send an e-mail by right click on a contact.

at #telepathy danni wrote that its someting that client can do with some implementations and its not a telepathy issue.

Empathy needs to use ContactInfo (bug #588922) first to be able to get contacts' emails.
Comment 2 Guillaume Desmottes 2010-06-15 12:12:22 UTC
This is now possible when viewing details of a contact, clicking on its mail address will open your mail client.
Maybe we could add a "Send Email" entry in the context menu but that means we'll have to poll the vCard each time we right click on a contact :\

This is pretty much GNOME Contacts' job now.
