Description Patryk Zawadzki 2010-02-18 11:24:39 UTC
Try this at home (or at work):

1. Select a file on your desktop
2. Hit F2 to rename
3. Observe how the desktop now gained a focus frame around the wallpaper

There is no way to get rid of it.
