Description Nikos Verschore 2009-10-13 11:19:10 UTC
As it should be possible to navigate in Nautilus using only the mouse, a
"Go" button is needed when searching. At the moment you have to press return after typing your search query.

There is already a bug report that adds a "Go" button for the location bar, see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=163245#c9 I suggest for 'stealing' that. ( Luckily it's opensource and we cannot steal :p )

Also there was a brief discussion on https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=332078 about the duplication of buttons. When you're already searching, the search pane has a 'Reload' button. Maybe we can unite the buttons into the "Go" button.

Why not go with the same approach as in the https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=163245#c15 ?
Comment 2 Alexander Larsson 2009-11-25 09:34:17 UTC
fixed in git.
