I expect the text in the columns to be right-aligned when I'm using Hebrew.

This talks about the alignment of the text inside the columns, not the order of the columns.

Date and Size columns (and probably others) are still left aligned in 3.24 when running "LANG=he_IL.utf8 evolution"
