Description Kyle Hotchkiss 2009-04-19 17:29:40 UTC
In last.fm it appears as though a song can have the status of "Just played" and "Now playing." When you play a song in RhythmBox it reports that song as "Just played" in last.fm. It would be neat if it could actually say that we are currently playing a song =)

This feature is part of version 1.2 of the last.fm submission protocol, documented here: http://www.last.fm/api/submissions

Rhythmbox currently uses version 1.1 of the protocol. No major changes between 1.1 and 1.2 as far as I can see, so this shouldn't be a difficult task for someone interested in working on it.
