I have sqlite 3.6.12-1 now and evolution 2.24.5-3 (debian) and don't have this problem anymore.
Thanks for the update. The fix came to evolution-data-server, and is quite new. Maybe they backported it sooner in debian, I do not know. Nonetheless, marking as a duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 575084 ***
