Please describe the problem:
I resized my panel to very small so all the icons have to use their 16x16 icon. Check the screenshot I attach along with this bug. As you can see nm-applet still use the 22x22 icon. I hope this bug get fixed for GNOME 2.24

22x22 icon

Expected results:
16x16 icon
