In both the logout and shutdown dialogs, the header label ("Log out of this system now?" and "Shut down this system now?") changes size after about a second after the dialogs are shown. About one font size, but it is enough to see and the windows get a bit smaller.

FWIW, we had this bug in the panel too -- never found why it happened (ok, never really took time to investigate either ;-)).

Let's just keep the old bug.
