Please describe the problem:
Can not find the "Cursor blinks" button in 'General Tab' in terminal.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a terminal window.
2.Select "Edit -> Current profile...
3.Click on the "General" Tab. 


Actual results:
Can not find the "Cursor blinks" button in "General" tab.

Expected results:
There is "Cursor blinks" button in 'General Tab'

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
This bug occurs on solaris.
