what does "nothing appears" mean? where did you check, editor or sent? were the fields displayed at all?

I get used to sending all my messages with my address in the bcc field.
In order to get it automatically I checked the flag "Always blind carbon-copy (bcc) to:" (with my address) under Edit->Prefereces(Shift+Ctrl+S)->Mail Accounts->Account Editor->Defaults.
Until last Friday all was working fine. This morning I installed the last version of evolution (released by debian sid) and now every time I open a new message (File->New->Mail Message Ctrl+N) the bcc field is empty.

I send you the version of all evolution packages installed on my systems:

I have the same problem with Fedora 9 and Ubuntu 8.04.

The interesting thing is that if you have several identities, you can choose another identity from the "From:" pull down box, and then select your default identity again and then the BCC field gets populated properly.

I'd also like to note that this is a real problem for me as I got used to getting my replies filed to the proper folder and without bcc I have to go to the sent folder after every email, get my email and file it properly - which is quite tedious and I often forget to do that and lose the mail.
