"Really delete folder "Inbox/test" and all of its subfolders ?" is still in english

Should be:
"Désirez-vous réellement supprimer le répertoire "Inbox/test" et tout ces sous-répertoires"

Thanks for reporting. The problem is a known localization problem that affects several strings in Evolution.
