Steps to reproduce the problem:

1: create a new folder on the desktop, name it: Stravinsky Works for Piano and Orchestra - Paul Crossley, London Sinfonietta, Esa-Pekka Salonen

2: open the new folder with nautilus

3: the locationbar disappears and it doesn't come back even if you change location. 

4: I cannot reproduce the problem if the window is large enough to contain the entire folder name
