Description nerv 2007-07-31 17:02:10 UTC
The DrawingSlate 2 (Com1->TabletWorks->Wintab) doesn´t work well.
When i move the Stylus up, the Mousepointer goes up too, but the Pencil-Cursor goes down. It seems like the Y-Axis of the Cursor is inverted.
In PSP6 for example it works fine.
It would be nice to make it possible to select to invert an axis.
THX
PS: Sorry for my bad English, i am german.

You should have reported this against GTK+. Please specify the version and origin of the GTK+ library you are using so that we can reassign the bug report for you.

1. I didn´t know that, sorry and thx!
2. GTK+ 2.10.13

Good luck fixing it!

It is most probably a configuration issue or a bug in the driver so I very much doubt that anyone will just fix it for you. Certainly not unless you help the developers doing that. You might want to consider providing a tablet to a developer to make that task easier.

Duplicate of bug #442835 ?

There´s an easy way to fix it: Make two Checkboxes "invert Y-Axis" and "invert X-Axis", no Hardware is needed.
And i guess it is not a driver Problem, because in every other Program it works fine!
And yes, it seems to be a duplicate of bug #442835, but the pressure-sensitivity works.

For the developers: think about the checkboxes ;)

Does this still happen with a current GTK+ version?

Oh wow, such an old bug from me, what a shame how greenly i was :)
Meanwhile i grew to a Wine developer and sometimes need to handle such bug reports myself, so thank you for patience :)

Sadly i lost the pen for that tablet shortly after the bug report i think, so i can't test. So i guess this could be closed incomplete or invalid...
