What were you doing when the application crashed? Yes the same issues. Moving files from and to different location. File size is not the issue,even a small files could trigger it as long as you have been doing it for long like move 2 files to another folder and doing these activities for 6 times in 1 minute. Would restart the nautilus and it would work again for quite some time.
